Jonathan Dorst, Senior Pastor
Jonathan and his wife Rachel and 2 daughters, Madeleine and Eliza, moved to Stillwater in 2003 to plant Grace Stillwater. He grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, which explains his Steelers addiction. His family moved to Houston, TX when he was 12. Jonathan attended Baylor University (where he met & married Rachel) as an undergraduate music education student, and then moved to Charlotte, NC to attend Reformed Theological Seminary. He was an Assistant Pastor in 2 PCA churches before becoming the church planter/pastor at Grace. Jonathan has more hobbies than he has time for, including classical and finger style jazz guitar, film study, reading widely, golf, Texas Hold'Em, and an 80's metal cover band.
Doug Hill, Worship Leader
Doug grew up in and around Tulsa and became a Christian while at OSU in the early 80s. He married his wife, Sylvia, and has three boys, Matthew, Jonathan and Owen. Doug worked in Air Traffic Control in Buffalo, NY for 15 years and came back to Stillwater in '06 and became a poor high school English teacher. In the 70s he listened to music. In the 80s and 90s he read. In the 2000s he's watched movies. He still adores all three. Doug thinks loving others is what he needs to be doing, but says he fails often. "I count my past accomplishments poo." (A paraphrase of Phil. 3:8.) "If you talk about others, it's soon gossip. If of yourself, it's soon pride. If of God, spiritual pride." Murky Barnsmell
