Reformed University Fellowship

RUF exists on campus

  • To Reach Students for Christ
  • To Equip Students for Service in Godfs Kingdom

We hope to help students wrestle with the realities of life through the framework presented in Scripture, to love and care for them as they prepare for their future vocations, to encourage them as they discover their place in God's broader redemptive program, to provide opportunities for service, ministry, and outreach...and to have a lot of fun in the process.
We are excited about the opportunity to serve the students of Oklahoma State, and want you to know that we would love to get to know you.

RUF Studies and Activities

Large Group Bible Studies

"Who do people say that I am?" Jesus according to the Gospel of Mark

When you say the name Jesus you get many reactions from people - Many people seem to think that they know what he's all about (whether they do or not), others perhaps have questions that they've never asked or that have never been answered, still others might say "he died for my sins" but not have too much else to say about him.  Is he Lord, liar, revolutionary, moral teacher, son of God, example to man, or is he beyond and behind all of these titles? Our Wednesday night Bible study will be for people seeking to know Jesus and his story from his word.  So whether you think you've got Jesus all figured out, are curious about who he may be, or simply want to know him more we invite you come join us Wednesday nights this Fall at 9:00 pm in Ag Hall 201.  This study begins Sept 1st.

If you've never been to one of our meetings, this is what you can expect.  We gather together to know and worship God.  There is singing, announcements, prayer, readings from God's Word, and preaching.  Our meetings usually last around an hour.

Small Group Bible Studies

Looking for a place to get to know God's Word and other college students in a deeper way?  Our small groups are designed to do just that.  Let us know if you're interested and we will steer you in the right direction.  Also, check back at the beginning of the Fall and we'll have more details about the "Who? What? When? and Where?" of our small groups.

Freshman Bible Study:
Tuesdays at Lunch we eat together while looking at Romans and asking  the questions "What is the Gospel and Why does it Matter"  Tuesdays 11:30-12:30 Meet at the Food Trailers/Union

Leadership Bible Study:
We rely heavily on our student leaders to steward and shape the ministry God has given us. Therefore we believe in eqipping and teaching our leaders well. This study is for students interested in learning about and doing ministry together through RUF @ OSU. We meet Monday Nights at 8:45 at the Killian Home (132 S. Orchard Street)

CROSStraining/RUF Women's Bible Study:
Disciplines of a Godly Woman by Barbara Hughes is the book that we will be studying. We will be discussing the disciplines of the Christian life and what it means in view of God's grace and our freedom in Christ. Thursday nights, 6:30-8:00, at the home of Victoria Dodson (405-372-6418), 14 Yellow Brick.

More studies will be forming, check back soon!
